How I Do It?

To effectively deliver analytics solutions, I adopt a systematic approach that begins with understanding the entrepreneur's goals and the specific challenges their business is facing. Next, I assess the quality and availability of data and identify potential data sources that can be integrated to provide meaningful insights.

Once the data landscape is mapped, I assist entrepreneurs in selecting the most appropriate analytics tools and techniques to address their specific needs. This may include implementing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, or prescriptive analytics, depending on the desired outcomes.

I then help entrepreneurs develop a comprehensive analytics strategy using Notion for documentation and collaboration, and train their teams to adopt a data-driven mindset. Tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Hotjar are used for tracking user behavior, Freshpaint.io for tracking events, and Baremetrics for financial analytics.

Dovetail is used for analyzing qualitative data and uncovering valuable insights. By continuously monitoring and refining the analytics process, I ensure that entrepreneurs are well-equipped to harness the power of data and make informed decisions that drive their businesses forward.
